Mark Gustina
MS CCC-A - Audiologist

Mark Gustina graduated from the University of Hawaii with his masters degree in Audiology.  After working with the U.S. Military’s finest at Tripler Army Hospital, Mark moved to Pittsburgh. There he opened Cranberry Hearing and Balance Center. He has built a team most recently recognized as the Best Hearing Aid Center in the region for four consecutive years. Mark’s expertise with the smallest, most sophisticated hearing aids and his ability to customize solutions to each individual’s lifestyle separates him from his peers. Now he brings his knowledge and commitment to helping people with hearing loss to Alexandria, VA. In that convenient location, people from the Washington, D.C. area can visit Cosmetic Hearing Solutions, meet Mark, and leave hearing better then they had in years.

 


Lucinda Swallow
Certified Hearing Aid Dispenser

Lucinda Swallow graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with her associate degree in specialized technology.  She recently received her Pennsylvania hearing aid dispenser certification.  Since joining the company in July of 2009, she has been trained by many of the top manufacturers to fit the latest instruments in hearing aid technology.  In addition to that training, her background in the computer technology field helps her fully understand the newest technology advancements in hearing instruments.  With the knowledge that she has gained under the guidance of Mark, and the passion for helping people in need, she wishes to assist anyone with hearing loss that is in need of a solution.


Andrea Steigerwald
Office Manager

Andrea Steigerwald has been with Cranberry Hearing & Balance Ctr. since January 2008 as Practice Manager. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Utica College of Syracuse University. She brings nearly 20 years experience in the health care field in such diverse roles as a front desk supervisor, administrator, and insurance specialist.


Michelle Danka

Michelle Danka has been with Cranberry Hearing & Balance Center since December of 2009 as a part-time receptionist. A Virginia native, Michelle moved to the Pittsburgh area in 2007 with her husband and two small children. She brings more than 10 years of experience in accounting and customer service.
